| Reviewing Messages Marked as Spam: |
- Once you have logged in to the web mail interface you will see a list of folders (Inbox, Sent, etc.). Click on the Spam folder (if it is not clickable then you have no messages in your spam folder).
- When the spam folder opens you will see a summary list of emails that have been marked as spam.
- Before you start deleting messages please note as to whether or not you have multiple pages of emails to go through (most likely you will). There will be a note near the top of the screen that says Page 1 of ??.
- If and when you find a valid message that should not have been marked as spam, click the check box to the left of that message then scroll to the bottom of this page. There will be a link that says 'Move selected messages to...'. First click the drop down box to the right of that and select Inbox. Then click the 'Move selected messages to...' link. The message will be moved to your Inbox and will be downloaded to your mail client the next time you check email. You can now continue scanning the spam emails.
- If you do not see any valid emails that you wish to keep, go ahead and click the check box next to "Select All' then click the link below that that says 'Delete selected (checked) messages...'. Do this for each page.
- If you do not care to scan through the messages and just want to clear out the entire folder to make space in your account, click the 'Delete ALL messages in folder...' link at the bottom of the screen.
