| First make sure you have the necessary information: |
- Domain name.
- Record(s) that need to be changed.
- Destination address(es) for the records to be changed.

| Making Changes: |
- Once you have all of the preceding information, send an email to support@starliteinternet.com with the request.
- If you are emailing this request from a domain other than the one the changes are being made to, please include information as to how we can verify the request is from someone with the authority to do such.
- All changes are made and propagated to the rest of the world in 24 hours or less. You will receive a confirmation email once the change has been completed.
