| Cleaning Up Web Mail Folders |
Logon to the web interface:
- Open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, etc.).
- In the address field type in http://mail.yourdomain.xxx or click here.
- In the Userid field type in your full email address.
- Type your password in the Password field.
- Click Logon.

| Deleting messages from web mail folders: |
- Once you have logged in to the web mail interface you will see a list of folders (Inbox, Sent, etc.). Click on the folder (if it is not clickable then you have no messages in that folder).
- When the folder opens you will see a summary list of emails in that folder.
- Before you start deleting messages please note as to whether or not you have multiple pages of emails to go through (most likely you will). There will be a note near the top of the screen that says Page 1 of ??.
- Once you find email(s) that you no longer need to save, click the check box to the left of that message then scroll to the bottom of this page. There will be a link that says 'Delete selected (checked) messages...'. Do this for each page.
- Click the Menu link at the top of the screen to return to the list of folders. Open up each folder that contains messages and follow the above procedure for each of those.
