| Anti-Spam Administration |
| Logon to the web interface: |
- Open Internet Explorer or Netscape.
- In the address field type in http://mail.yourdomain.xxx
- In the Userid field type in your full email address.
- Type your password in the Password field.
- Click Logon.

- Click the drop down button next to Account Options....
- Click Anti-Spam Administration under Admin Options.
- The following options are available:

- Host Black Lists
- Use this link to add any additional blacklists to filter all incoming mail to your domain.
- Phrase Filtering
- Use this link to add words or phrases that, if found in the body of the message, will trigger the message to be treated as spam and therefore rejected by the server.
- Statistical Filtering
- Statistical Filtering compares all of the words in the
body of the message to statistical word tables. The message is considered
spam if the word is found above a certain number of times. You can configure
words to exclude and advanced statistical filtering with this link.
Statistical Filtering is enabled by default.
- HTML Feature Filtering
- Use this link to add HTML tags for the server to search
for and, if found, mark the message as spam. By default, no HTML tags
are configured for filtering.
- URL Domain Blacklist
- If you have a list of certain domains that you know
send you spam, then add them to this list. You must select Current Host
at the top of the URL Domain Blacklist page to be able to add domains.
- White List
- Use this link to add any email addresses or domains
that you trust will not send you spam.
- Content Filtering for Authenticated Users Checkbox.
- Check this box if you would like all mail sent by users
in your domain to be filtered for outgoing spam. This is not checked
by default, and should stay that way in most instances.
- Trusted IP List.
- Use this link to add any IP Addresses that you trust
will not send you spam.
